• You agree to complete all assessments honestly and independently.
• Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or academic misconduct may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access.

Certificates of completion will be awarded only upon successful fulfilment of all course requirements and, where applicable, satisfactory completion of any verification processes mandated by the University.

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you expressly consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data in accordance with that policy.

The University reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Services at its sole discretion, without prior notice, upon violation of these Terms or for any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its community.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
